I have a friend who is a master at photoshop. He is helping me create custom borders in layers to print onto blank bristol boards. If any of you have read, you know my frustrations with attempting to center images within the pre-printed borders!
I would like to make this template available to everyone here but I'm not sure how to place a file into a topic/thread(I do not have a website). If necessary, I can just e-mail it to whoever might be interested.
I will also upload the file at Yahoo group The Inkwell and place it into a personal file folder there.
The template consists of 3 layers 1. solid border 10x15 2. bleed border 9x13.5 3. ruler around each solid border
just center the image, flatten the whole thing and print! It won't be locked so feel free to customize it as you wish!

I created a few Templates in Adobe Illustrator based on the Marvel boards. Here is a tif of the Cover template. It has my little logo on it. Not sure if this has separate layers or not. home.comcast.net/~justice4one/Comicscovertemplate2.aiUse it if you wish, I print from Illustrator as Illustrator gives me the option to print borderless prints which will not crop any of the image as long as you have the right document settings.

I had the same thing trying to just load the link - try doing a 'save link as..' and then open it from the desktop (or wherever you've saved it) - should work fine! Thanks for the file Justice41!

No prob, I have the same file but in layers so you can remove and add as you wish. Should I upload and post a link to it?
