Ok, fair enough, Jay (I forgot about the original- <grin>)
The next auction will be the second week of March and another the second week of April, both following shows we're doing.
Thanks and please LMK when you ship it out (I gave you my address, right?)

Just the holding lines. Also consider doing it sharper. make the corners of objects very angular. It just seems to fit in my mind. Like Tan Eng Huat if you know his stuff? I hadn't heard of him, so I googled. The first stuff that popped up was his old Doom Patrol covers, very Charest/R.friend. It was harder then heck to find any current interior pages. The angular corners is good call. I went back and looked at the 6 page submit we did for the book last winter. And those pages where sharper. when I found out the book got picked up. I did a warm up piece of kurts work, just because it had been a while since I last work on his stuff. I've even departed from what I did on that. I think I started thinking, this would make a great cartoon, and it subliminally got into the pages. Here's the warm up piece

What you did on the new piece is perfect. I like the dry brush lines. Real crisp otherwise, so keep it up. Go pick up his issue of Ghost Rider from last week. thats got ton of coolness in it, since its about 1/2 flashback to previous GR's.

Reads a little flat. Just needs more pop to the weights. No real problems that I see in execution. j

Well u nailed Karl, Theres only very small things to pick at which would get past anybody who was working on a tightish deadline. That said its as good as most people who have ever inked Karl. It feels very organic & fluid. Jay

Wow! I love Karl Moline! And you did a great job!
From my point of view, the best inkers he had were the ones from Route 666 books: Drew Geraci, John Dell or Rick Magyar are much better than Andy Owens on Karl's work... Well, you did a good job and I would say that for some aspects, you're a better match than Owens!
