Okay I am tossing out yet another pot of crappy white out. For the most part I use Windson Newton Titanium White Guoache for corrections. No problem there. What I am looking for is a good liquid white subtance that acts like ink. Something i can use to make fine white lives with either with a nib or brush. It needs to be opaque and liquid (one stroke will suffice). It can not be too thick, as this last bottle of crap was ( Tri-art titanium white if you are interested - avoid it at all costs) So, my friends, any suggestions.

FW Acrylic Artist ink-white!! i also went through probably a dozen different inks and this is the only one that has given me the results that you're looking for. I highly recommend it- i've been using it for about 2 yrs now for corrections, highlights, effects and more and it is almost perfect in my opinion (at least for me) do it,do it!! ;D ;D if you decide to go for it i would like to know what you think...

I bought a bottle of Deleter white 'ink' at the last UK comic-con and have been using that pretty much solidly for corrections - a bit thick to use with a nib, feels more like an acrylic than an ink but gives a nice brilliant white finish and is opaque enough to only need a coat or two. I'd tried using designers goache etc before, but I found they just dried out way too quickly.

I use the FW white ink as well.If you pile it up it will dry kind chalky and crack but if used like reular ink it's perfect for what you want just make sure to add a few drops of water to it and shake the bottle now and then even if you don't use it. Also stir the ink up as it settles like you wouldn't believe. I want to try the DR PH Martins white, will once my two bottles of FW run out. Maybe a year or so from now. Ha!

I use pro white. I just add water to the consistency I need. Right now the bottle is like playdoh, I scoop out a little onto a color palette and mix in a little water to taste.
I am planning on trying the FW acrylic though since everyone seems to recommend it. I also have some of the deleter white, but have yet to test it.
Good luck!
